Product Packaging

We pay special attention to packaging to ensure the products are safe during transit:

Aquatic plants: Carefully wrapped in wet paper and plastic bags, placed in a hard box with extra shock-absorbing materials.
Live fish: Packed in specialized oxygen bags, with insulated bags in cold weather. Maximum shipping time 24–36 hours.
Accessories: Wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a sturdy carton box.

Order Tracking

After the order is handed over to the shipping unit, you will receive a tracking code via SMS/Zalo to track directly on the carrier's website.

Important Notes

Delivery time may be longer during holidays or bad weather.
For live fish, we only ship early in the week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) to avoid goods laying in the post office over the weekend.
Some remote areas may incur additional shipping costs. We will notify you before confirming the order.
