Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?
You can order via Shopee (shopee.vn/thuysinhviet), Facebook message, call our hotline 0909 536 892, or Zalo. See the Shopping Guide for detailed instructions.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept: bank transfers (Vietcombank, Techcombank, MB Bank), e-wallets (MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPay), COD, and Shopee Pay.
Can my order be canceled?
You can cancel for free before we confirm shipping. Once handed to the carrier, the order cannot be canceled, but you can refuse to accept the package.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
You can change it if the order hasn't been shipped yet. Contact our hotline 0909 536 892 immediately for assistance.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
HCMC: 1–2 days. South: 2–3 days. Central: 3–5 days. North: 4–6 days. Same-day delivery available in HCMC inner city if ordered before 10:00.
How much is the shipping fee?
Fees range from 20,000–80,000 VND depending on the area. Free shipping for orders over 500k in HCMC, and over 1M nationwide.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking code via SMS/Zalo to track on the GHN, GHTK, or J&T website.
Do you ship to islands?
We can ship to major islands with shipping services. Please contact us to check availability and extra fees.

Products

Are aquatic plants guaranteed to be alive on arrival?
We guarantee they arrive alive. If dead on arrival, please take a video/photo and contact us within 24 hours for support/replacement.
What do I need to prepare before receiving aquatic plants?
Have your aquarium ready with proper water, temperature (24–28°C), filtration, and lighting. Acclimate plants for 30 minutes before planting.
Are product images accurate to reality?
We strive for realistic photos. However, colors may vary by display and lighting. Leaf size and color also vary by batch and season.
Can I order in bulk/wholesale?
Yes! Contact us directly via Zalo 0909 536 892 for wholesale quotes and special bulk order discounts.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 24 hours for damaged/dead on arrival items, and 7 days for items not as described. See the Returns & Refunds page for details.
What should I do if I receive damaged goods?
Record an unboxing video immediately (important!), take photos of the damaged product, and contact hotline 0909 536 892 within 24 hours. We will resolve it quickly.
