By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into contracts, and agree to comply with these terms.

• We provide aquatic plants, ornamental fish, aquarium accessories, and aquatic food.
• Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colors and sizes may vary.
• For live aquatic plants and fish, product condition may vary by season and supply.
• We reserve the right to refuse orders in cases of fraud or policy violations.

• Product prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND), inclusive of VAT.
• We accept payment via bank transfer, e-wallets (MoMo, ZaloPay), and cash on delivery (COD).
• Prices may change without notice. Confirmed orders will retain their price.

An order is only valid when we send an email/SMS confirmation. We may cancel orders in cases of:

• Out-of-stock products
• Invalid delivery information
• Detected fraudulent activity
• Payment issues

All content on the website including text, images, logos, videos, and graphics is the property of Thuy Sinh Viet. Copying, distributing, or using for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Thuy Sinh Viet is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or damages caused by plants/fish dying after successful delivery.

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Any disputes will be resolved at the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.

We reserve the right to update the terms of service at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the update date clearly displayed.
